We return to the open-air terrace at Maltings Taphouse following a memorable debut last summer.
Housed within the historic Tuckers Maltings building only a 5 minute walk from Newton Abbot station, its rustic warehouse aesthetic and railway-side location, offers a unique setting unlike anywhere else in the region.
The terrace itself where the music will be centre stage, is an intimate open-air space running parallel to the train tracks, creating a unique backdrop for a day-to-night session.
The venue offers an extensive selection of craft beers, ciders and cocktails, including alcohol-free and low-alcohol options.
Food is provided by The Hatch, whose celebrated wood-fired sourdough pizzas, light bites and snacks cater for vegetarian and vegan diets, from 5pm.
Seating is available throughout the venue, with picnic benches on the terrace, indoor tables in the taproom and additional outdoor seating in the neighbouring park on the ground floor.
Address: The Maltings Taphouse, Tuckers Maltings, Teign Road, TQ12 4AA
The venue is five minutes walk from Newton Abbot station, and ten minutes walk from the town centre.
We encourage attendees to reach us by foot, bike or public transport where possible.
There's ample space for you to secure your cycles inside and outside - if you can’t find a spot, or don’t have a lock and want the venue to keep your bike safely behind the bar, just let one of the bar staff know when you arrive.
If you need to reach us by car, there’s limited free parking right outside, and a paid car park over the road on Osborne Street.
